Lisa’s passion for her career in dentistry began 33 years ago, graduating from Vancouver Community College in 1986 and developed with continued studies including her Orthodontic Module, her Prosthodontic Module, extensive training in the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies as well as the Kois Centre for advancing dentistry through science
She began working for Dr. Bruce Kennedy in 1992 as his main Certified Dental Assistant and was privileged to be part of an amazing team for 17 years! In that time, they were always travelling extensively through North America learning from the top dentists, Dental Specialists and Practice Management professionals about innovative, cutting edge patient care, dental technology and effective treatment protocols which helped to advance our clinic and staff forward into the 21st century.
She moved into the role of office manager at Smile Solutions Dental Centre in October 2008 when Dr. Nathan Kennedy opened his clinic. Lisa believes that dentistry is first and foremost about building relationships with each and every person that chooses to entrust their care to us.
Lisa is a Local White Rock Resident who enjoys spending her free time with her daughter Vanessa, walking their dog Pebbles on the White Rock Promenade, gardening, and traveling.

Cheyenne joined the Smile Solutions Dental team a year after it’s opening in 2009. Born and raised in White Rock, it came naturally to her to want to work in an awesome office close to home. She graduated from Vancouver Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2000. With her strong work ethic, loyalty and warm personality, she has transitioned to the front end where she helps to make the day go smoothly.
Outside of the office, Cheyenne lives in South Surrey with her husband, two daughters and their Boxer.
Teresa has been a part of the Smile Solutions team from almost the very beginning. She began working for Dr. Kennedy in November 2008, only one month after the practice opened. This was not, however, the first time she had worked with him, since she had previously worked for his father, Dr. E.B. Kennedy, where Dr. Nathan Kennedy had been an associate before opening his own practice. Teresa has thirteen years of dental hygienist experience, eight of those with Dr. E.B. Kennedy, and enjoys keeping up to date with all the latest technologies in dentistry by attending continuing education courses. She has also been a member of the Greater Vancouver Dental Hygiene Seminars Study Club for thirteen years.
Outside of dentistry, Teresa spends most of her time with her family – she and her husband are raising three children; son Marco and twins Julia and Sienna. She still manages to find time to go to the gym frequently though, and if she does happen to find any spare time after that, she would spend it cooking, reading, snowboarding or traveling.
Kimberley has been working for Dr. Kennedy since the beginning of 2011. She is a graduate of the College of New Caledonia, and, aside from living in Prince George to attend this college, Kimberley has always lived in or near to White Rock. Kimberley is very patriotic and loves learning about Canada’s history. One thing she liked about living in Prince George was how Canadian she felt being in “the true north strong and free”! Her favorite animal is the moose. Kimberley has Chinese ancestry and is also interested in reading and learning about China.
Besides these, her interests are reading, playing the piano, hiking, jogging and training her dog — a Miniature Australian Shepherd, who was born the year of the 2010 Olympics and thus named “Whistler”.

Manj joined the Smile Solutions team in 2019, but has been in the dental field for the last 20 years- being a hygienist for 11 of those years. Manj works hard to keep up with the latest technologies in dentistry and attends conventions and study clubs throughout the year.
Manj moved here from the U.K. 25 years ago. She comes from a large immediate and extended family- which keeps her very busy when she is not working. Recently, Manj had the opportunity to go on a mission’s trip to Mexico, to serve in a Women’s and Children’s shelter through a local church. In her spare time, she loves working out- including yoga and spin classes. Most of all, she loves to travel anywhere, but especially loves the Caribbean.
Megan was born and raised in the Lower Mainland and has been part of the Smile Solutions team since 2009. Prior to that, she attended CDI College where she obtained her Dental Assistant certification. When not at work, Megan finds herself transporting her two children to and from sporting events, band concerts, guitar lessons and various other activities, often with her puppy Ruby riding shotgun.
In what little free time she has left, she can be found outside enjoying a good hike (with Ruby, of course), on a nice patio, at a driving range working on her golf swing, or searching for the best nachos in the Lower Mainland.
